The following general terms and conditions of participation apply.
LiveSpeech Open Workshop »
A. Payment — Because of the limit on class size and the crucial requirement of pre-determining the training needs of every participant, we require payment of fees before the training date. We do not receive payments at the venue.
B. Cancellation — You may cancel your registration at any time. However, if you cancel at least three working days to the training date, you will receive a full [100%] refund. If you cancel within three working days to the training date you will receive a 50% refund.
C. Seat transfer — If for some reason you cannot attend the training you registered for; you may transfer your seat to another person. Please notify us to this effect at least 24 hours in advance stating the full names and mobile phone number of the individual you wish to transfer your seat to.

D. Payment —
a) Payment can either be full (one-off) or on a 50:50 percent instalment basis. That is, 50% of total training fees shall be paid before the training and the other 50% shall be paid after the training.
b) Payment of full or first instalment shall be at least five working days to the training date.
E. Cancellation — If a client organisation or company no longer wishes to go ahead with the training, a notification to this effect must be sent to us at least 48 hours before the scheduled training date. The full value [100%] of paid fees shall be refunded. However, if notice of cancellation is sent less than 48 hours to the training, fifty percent [50%] of paid fees shall be refunded.
F. Venue & Location — The training shall take place at a venue provided for by the client organisation or company. For locations outside of Lagos State, travel and hotel costs shall also apply.

G. Payment —
a) Same as in D (a) above.
b) Payment of full fees, or first instalment, shall be at least three working days to the training date. Payment of the second instalment shall be on the first day of training.
H. Cancellation — If you choose to cancel your training, a notice of cancellation should be sent to us at least 48 hours before the scheduled training date. A full refund of your first instalment shall be made. If you cancel less than 48 hours to the scheduled training date, you will receive 50% of your paid fees refunded.
I. Venue & Location — Training takes place at client’s location or venue of choice. LiveSpeech 1-on-1 Coaching is available only within Lagos State.
