Business Success & Presentation Skills Workshop
​Ovation-X and LiveSpeech jointly present a 3-day, instructor-led, practical-intensive programme tagged:


Business Success & Presentation Skills Workshop


This is a special event. Two seasoned instructors, experts in their respective fields, will, in three days, take you through six powerful modules designed to address key concepts and issues pertaining to modern business success. You will also be equipped with the skills you need to plan, organise and deliver professional presentations that make impact. It will not be the usual talk, talk, talk and more talk (we know you're weary of that!). Class exercises and practise-drills will be used to help deepen your understanding of concepts and techniques while cementing your grasp of the new skills you learn.


Core Modules

Six core modules will be addressed in-depth. They are:

• Logical Structuring Fundamentals
• Effective Delegation
• Motivating Teams
• Leading Business Success
• Public Speaking Fundamentals
• Business/Boardroom Presentation Skills

Each module contains case-exercises and practise-drills that help to facilitate learning and foster class interaction.


Course Objectives

• Empower participants with creative ways to approach and decompose complex business challenges.
• Provide insight into critical real-world business and supply chain management issues.
• Train participants on key team building and leadership skills.
• Equip participants with the skills to develop and deliver compelling business/boardroom presentations.

Training Schedule

This workshop will take place twice (two sets). You may register for the one that better suits your schedule.

• First Set: 3rd—5th April, 2013 (enrolment closes 29th March)
• Second Set: 10th—12th April, 2013 (enrolment closes 5th April)

Both events shall hold atThe JobMag Conference Centre,Alagomeji-Sabo,Yaba, Lagos.

Fee: N55,000 per delegate. (Early bird: N49,500)

Jonas EZEANYA (LiveSpeech)

Jonas EZEANYA is a prolific public speaking trainer, executive speech coach and LiveSpeech founder. He has worked with various corporate bodies, NGOs and other organisations in training their representatives and staff to become better, more effective, communicators.

As an executive speech coach, he has worked 1-on-1 with Nigerian CEOs, Businessmen, and Political figures in learning to structure and deliver more powerful presentations and keynote speeches. The LiveSpeech Open Workshop is a public speaking and presentation skills short-course he hosts roughly once every month in Lagos and is open to the general public.


To date, Jonas has lectured and coached up to 800 individual clients and has led over forty seminars and workshops on various subjects such as Business Presentation Skills, Effective Slide Design, Presentation of Complex (Numerical) Data, and Overcoming Stage Fright.

With a background in Geology, Jonas is a member of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG), the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG). He is also associated with the UK Professional Speaking Association (PSA) and is a member of the prestigious International High IQ Society.

Jonas will handle the Presentation Skills & Public Speaking aspect of the Workshop.

Adeyemi ALADE (Ovation-X)

Adeyemi Alade is a US-based Strategy & Operations Management Consultant with experience implementing strategies to improve operational performance. He has over 12 years experience in key segments of the US Aerospace & Defence, Aviation and Energy industries. He has proven abilities to identify and overcome inefficiencies and define best practices. He has demonstrated solid results in high impact, high intensity business environments.

'Yemi has played significant roles in Benchmarking, Product Development & Lifecycle Management (PLM), Business Process Development, Lean Methodologies & Six Sigma application, Operational Assessment, and Process Design in leading US corporations such as General Electric and Pratt & Whitney.


'Yemi has led several workshops and training sessions on Leadership skills and Logical Structuring at major colleges and universities in the United States. Among the schools he has worked with are Carnegie Mellon University, Penn State University, and Howard University. He was formerly a South Carolina State Advisory Committee member for the US Global Leadership Coalition (USGLC). In that role, he worked with business leaders in Corporate America and US Congressmen to address US International Affairs-related issues.

He holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut, USA; an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, USA; and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Yaba College of Technology, Nigeria.

‘Yemi will be handling the Business Success Skills aspect of the Workshop.
